The MX 250 is a two-stroke with a wide powerband and sharp steering. Service the power valve linkage on a schedule and seat the exhaust seals properly or you'll chase oil weeps for weeks. Pull the swingarm and linkage bearings often if you ride mud or sand. Greased pivots last. Dry pivots seize.
