This manual clutch upgrade replaces the stock inner hub and pressure plate to improve drive and lever feel. By using thinner friction plates, the assembly increases the total surface area within the existing basket dimensions. This prevents slipping under heavy load and reduces operating temperatures during race conditions. You maintain full manual control with a more consistent bite point. Installation requires soaking the friction plates in fresh oil before assembly. It is built for riders who demand maximum power transfer and durability without the auto-clutch function. This kit includes a hard-anodised clutch cover for increased oil capacity.
