What it is

The RENTHAL RENTHAL APEX 35 STEM ALUM, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

The Apex 35 is Renthal's clamp-on stem for the 35mm oversized bar standard. Machined from high-strength aluminium and kept light, it bolts to a 1-1/8" steerer and squares up the front end for sharper steering input. The wider 35mm bore means a stiffer bar with less flex through the clamp, which most riders notice first on hard, choppy braking bumps. Black anodised finish to shrug off grit and weather. Cut your steerer to length and torque the faceplate bolts evenly before you ride. A straight upgrade if you are moving to 35mm bars.
