The Fatbar Carbon35 swaps aluminium for carbon fibre in a 35mm clamping diameter, cutting weight at the bar while holding up to repeated fatigue loading. The 10mm rise keeps your hands and weight low over the front wheel for grip in steep, technical sections. Carbon needs respect on assembly: torque every clamp bolt with a wrench so you don't crush the weave, and run carbon assembly paste in the clamp zones to stop the bar slipping under load. Inspect closely after any crash. Any crack or sign of delamination and the bar goes in the bin.
