Renthal's Fatbar Carbon35 swaps aluminium for a carbon layup that kills the high-frequency buzz aluminium passes straight to your hands. The 35mm clamp diameter needs a matching oversized top clamp; it will not drop into a 28.6mm mount. This is the 20mm rise, the lowest in the range, for a flatter cockpit and a more forward, attacking stance. Torque the clamps to spec with a wrench, never by feel, and check the bar for surface cracks after any hard hit. Carbon does not bend before it lets go, so inspect it and bin a damaged bar.
