High-density foam behind a UV-stable vinyl cover, sized for 28.6mm Fatbar-style bars and built for a muddy British winter. A heavy-duty Velcro strip pulls it tight so it stays put under vibration. Retire it once the foam crumbles or the cover splits, since a torn pad stops doing its job. Fits over the bars without stripping your controls first.
