Grip Donutz are foam rings that seat against the inner flange of your grips, putting a soft buffer between your hand and the bar end housing. That is where blisters start on the thumb and index finger, usually on long enduro days or when mud loads the bars with extra friction. Slide them on before fitting fresh grips, or stretch them over the pair you already run. Bin them once the foam packs down or fills with grit. A few grams of foam that saves a torn-up palm. Blue.
