Grip Donutz are foam rings that sit against the inner flange of your grips, between your hand and the bar mount. They take the rub off your thumb and forefinger, the spot that blisters first on a long enduro loop or a churned-up MX track. Fit them over the bar before the grip goes on, or stretch them over a grip you've already got fitted. Once the foam packs down or fills with grit and stops bouncing back, replace them. Small, cheap, and your hands will know the difference two hours into a hot day.
