This 28.6mm bar uses a patented double-tube construction for maximum strength. It is the stiffest profile in the range, designed to withstand heavy impacts without bending. This bend is a popular neutral profile for modern race bikes. It features a crossbrace for added structural integrity. You will need oversized bar mounts for installation. If you are coming from a standard 22mm bar, check your cable routing. Replace the bar if the outer sleeve shows signs of cracking or severe deformation.
