What it is

The RENTHAL RENTHAL TWINWALL 996 PURPLE, handlebars. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

The 996 is one of the lower, flatter Twinwall bends, suited to riders who want the bar dropped and the front end weighted. Twinwall is two bars in one: a 7/8" inner tube inside a 1-1/8" outer wall, bonded at the clamp, so it soaks up heavy landings instead of folding. Needs 28.6mm fat-bar clamps; a standard 7/8" mount will not take it. Purple anodised finish with a matching bar pad. Carry over your throttle tube and perches, and check they seat clean before you torque down.
