A cloth-covered foam pad that wraps the handlebar crossbrace and takes the hit when your chest or chin meets the bars on a hard landing. The SX-style cloth cover gives the period-correct look classic builds need, where a modern moulded pad would spoil the lines. UV and grit eventually rot the foam and fray the fabric, so a tired pad is worth swapping out. Fits standard crossbrace bars on older MX and enduro machines. Hook-and-loop closure, so it goes on in seconds. Centre it over the brace, cinch it tight, ride.
