Tiny rubber, big consequence. This is one of the little O-rings that live inside the Showa cartridge, not the outer fork seal you see when the chrome weeps. You only meet it when the fork is on the bench, cartridge out, bolts off, and you're staring at a pile of small black rings wondering which went where. Order a couple. They pop off onto the workshop floor, they nick on a sharp edge during reassembly, and a tired one will let your damping go vague long before the fork looks sick from outside. Fits the modern CRF 250 and 450 Showa cartridge forks. Standard rebuild spare. Buy it with the rest of your seal kit, not on its own when you're already mid-strip.
