Showa spec on the 45mm fork tube means you're on a sportbike or big adventure platform that runs the bigger leg. CBR 600 RR and 900 RR through the noughties, plus the 1000cc Africa Twin variants, all sit on this seal size. Pop a fork leg, find the inner tube measures 45mm, and this is your replacement. Fits the 57mm OD bore in the slider with an 11mm thick body. Buy them in pairs. If one side's weeping, the other is days behind it. Change the dust seals at the same time and you save yourself stripping the legs again in six months.
