What it is
The TWIN AIR FUEL TANK FILTER, fuel filters. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
Sits inside the filler neck and strains contaminants out as you pour. Stops grit settling at the bottom of the tank, where it clogs the petcock or works its way into the pump. On the EFI Austrian and Spanish platforms it fits, KTM EXC and EXC-F, Husqvarna FE, GasGas EC and EX, and the Husaberg FE models, that protection is the difference between a clear injector and a stripdown. Fits and removes by hand. Pull it on each clean, clear the mesh, refit. Keeps the fuel system honest and the injector-cleaning intervals long.
