What it is
The VERTEX ENGINE BOTTOM END KTM REBUILD KIT, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
One kit for the shared Austrian 65 platform: fits the KTM 65 SX and XC and the Husqvarna TC 65. Inside is a complete Vertex crankshaft, main bearings, crank seals and the case gasket set. These 65s share their bottom end across badges, so the same rebuild serves either bike. Two-stroke crank seals also seal the primary compression that drives the transfer ports, which is why a worn bottom end shows up as soft low-end response before it shows up as noise. Split the cases, flush the gearbox oil, and reassemble on fresh gaskets.
