These engines run at high RPM, making regular piston changes essential to prevent ring sticking or skirt failure. Check the bore for any scoring before fitting this 39.50mm kit. Lubricate the small-end bearing and gudgeon pin thoroughly during assembly. The kit includes the piston, rings, pin, and circlips. Ensure the rings are correctly oriented on the locating pins before sliding the cylinder down.
