This high-compression top-end kit replaces OEM part 1C3-11631-03-D0. It sits in the cylinder bore and increases the compression ratio for improved torque and throttle response. This is a size 'B' piston, intended for cylinders with slight wear or those at the upper end of the 'A' tolerance. Measure your bore accurately before fitting. The kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips. High-compression setups may require higher octane fuel to prevent detonation. Check your squish clearance during the rebuild to ensure engine reliability.
