These steel valves are designed for riders looking for extended service intervals over OEM titanium parts. They operate in the top-end of your engine and provide a more stable seal against the valve seat. Replace these during a scheduled top-end refresh or if you notice a loss of compression. Because steel is heavier than titanium, you must verify your spring rates to prevent valve float at high RPM. These are precision-machined to match OEM dimensions for a straightforward install.
