§ 02 / About this part

What it is

Wiseco piston kit Racer Elite to fit Husqvarna TC 85 17/14 (2014–2018); Husqvarna TC 85 19/16 (2014–2018); KTM SX 85 17/14 (2014–2018); KTM SX 85 19/16 (2014–2018).

Ensure your bike maintains its torque and reliability with this high-specification top-end kit. It sits in the cylinder, handling the intense heat and pressure of the combustion cycle. Forged construction provides the strength needed for high-RPM racing. Replace this part at the factory-specified service interval to avoid stress fractures in the piston skirt. This kit includes the rings and pin needed for a full refresh. Check your valve clearances while the engine is apart. Proper installation ensures consistent power delivery and prevents oil blow-by into the combustion chamber.

§ 05 / About Iron Offroad

Iron Offroad

Iron Offroad is the off-road sibling of Iron City and Iron Stable — a UK shop for motocross, enduro, and trail-bike hard parts. Every fitment lives on the site, listed against KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Beta. Pick your bike on the timing-tower. Our USP is the data: fully enriched fitment so you find the right part for your bike quickly and get it fitted accurately. Brands you'd find on a paddock workbench — pads, sprockets, plastics, fork seals, cables, gaskets, bars, the things that actually wear out. Road-bike kit, scooter parts, and quad gear sit elsewhere; dirt and e-moto only. We operate from our storage facility in Leeds. Iron Offroad is a trading name of Iron Stable Ltd, registered in Mildenhall — Company No. 17061294. The business has a rich motorcycle history across multiple moto brands — the photos show where we came from — and recently pivoted into hard parts and online retail.
