This forged piston kit is a standard-size replacement for Honda engines. It is built to withstand the high temperatures and pressures of modern four-stroke racing. This kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips. It is intended for cylinders that do not yet require an oversize bore. Replacing your piston at the manufacturer's suggested hour intervals preserves the cylinder plating and maintains compression. Always verify the ring end gap in the bore before fitting them to the piston. Use assembly lube on the pin to prevent initial galling.
