Restore factory performance on your YZ450F or YZ450FX with this forged top-end kit. It replaces the OEM unit to regain lost compression and sharpen throttle response. As the engine hours climb, the skirt wears and tolerances widen, risking piston slap. This B-size kit is designed for cylinders with slight wear beyond the initial A-spec. Measure your bore accurately with a dial bore gauge before fitting. The kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips. Verify your ring end gap and ensure the arrow points toward the exhaust port during the rebuild.
