Keep your KX450 running at peak output with this forged top-end kit. The piston sits in the cylinder and is subject to extreme pressure. Standard A sizing is the correct fit for bores that meet original factory measurements. Periodic replacement is required to prevent fatigue and maintain the seal against the cylinder wall. This kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and circlips. Check your ring end gap and ensure the arrow on the crown faces the exhaust port. Thoroughly clean the cylinder and lubricate the pin before assembly. Torque the head bolts evenly to ensure a reliable seal across the gasket.
