Ignition Coils

The coil steps up battery voltage into the kV spike that fires the plug. When it weakens you get intermittent misfires, hard starts, and a bike that drops off when it gets hot. Test primary and secondary resistance against spec before you swap. Check the HT lead and plug cap for tracking. Match lead length to your frame run so it sits clear of the header. Pick your bike from the selector to pull the right coil.
