This carbon shield mounts to the mid-pipe or header to protect your boots and trousers from exhaust heat. It replaces damaged or cracked OEM guards that often fail due to vibration or crash damage. The carbon construction offers high thermal resistance while keeping weight to a minimum. It sits between the frame and the silencer on most enduro and MX setups. Use the existing mounting hardware or the provided clips for a secure fit. Check the mounting bolts periodically as heat cycles can cause them to vibrate loose over time.
