This kit is essential for maintaining your silencer performance. Internal packing degrades over time due to heat and carbon buildup. Blown-out packing leads to power loss and increased noise levels. You should check your packing every twenty to thirty hours of hard use. This kit includes the correct volume of material for a complete refresh. Remove the old rivets and clean the internal core before installing the new material. Proper maintenance prevents the silencer sleeve from overheating and discolouring.
