Athena complete gasket kit to fit the Yamaha DT175, model years 1981–1985; Yamaha DT175MX, model years 1981–1983; and Yamaha IT 175, model years 1977–1983.

This set covers your entire engine rebuild from the crankcases up. It includes every critical seal and gasket required when splitting the cases or performing a total refresh. You get the base, clutch, and ignition cover gaskets along with necessary O-rings and valve stem seals. These components match OEM specifications for a precise fit and reliable thermal sealing. Reusing old gaskets risks oil leaks and lost compression. Ensure all mating surfaces are perfectly clean and flat before installation to maintain a vacuum-tight seal across the entire engine block.
