Located at the entrance of the fork slider, these dust seals are your first line of defence against the elements. They prevent trail debris from reaching the more delicate oil seals further up the tube. This kit is a direct replacement for Honda OEM part 51490KZ4J21. If the rubber shows signs of cracking or perishing, it is time for a refresh. Neglecting these wipers will lead to scratched stanchions and blown oil seals. During installation, ensure they are pressed in evenly. Keeping this area clean after every ride will significantly extend the interval between full fork rebuilds.
