Two seals and two dust wipers per fork, sized 46x58.1x9.5/11.5 for the Showa and Kayaba forks running on those late-90s two-stroke MX bikes. Pop the old ones out, clean the bushings while you're in there, and slide the new lips on with the supplied installer or a length of PVC. Fit them dry, then bench-bleed the fork to spec before bolting back into the clamps. If the chrome's pitted, replace the tube too — fresh seals won't save a scored stanchion. Standard rebuild job, hour a side if you've done it before.
