What it is

Open-cell foam that fills the dead space between engine, frame and side panels so mud has nowhere to pack. On a wet moto a clean bike can gain real weight by the chequered flag, and that weight kills handling and corner speed. The foam keeps the chassis voids closed off and sheds water rather than soaking it up. Fuel and wash-down chemicals don't break it down. Pre-cut to the RM-Z 250 and RM-Z 450 panel contours, so it sits flush. Fit it during pre-race prep and pull it for cleaning.
