Grit thrown up off the track wedges between the dust wiper and stanchion, scores the chrome, and the next thing you're chasing is a weeping seal mid-moto. These Blackbird Racing covers wrap the lower leg and catch that debris before it reaches the wiper lip. Short profile is the one you want if your bottom yoke sits low and a full-length cover fouls on full compression. Orange finish. Universal fit, so check your stanchion diameter and travel against the cover length before you fit them. Cheap insurance for a wear job nobody enjoys.
