What it is

A +15mm closed-cell foam block to rebuild the seat on your CRF. Stock padding collapses with hours and soaks up water once the cover splits, leaving you sliding around on a soft base. This sits taller and holds its density, so the move from seated to standing comes quicker and your back complains less late in a moto. Fits the CRF 250 R, 250 X, 450 R and 450 X, plus the L and M trail bikes. Strip the old cover and foam off the pan, drop this on, then staple a fresh cover over it. A heat gun helps the cover pull tight to the raised shape.
