What it is

The BLACKBIRD RACING SEAT FOAM +15MM CRF450 21, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Replacement seat foam for the 2021-on Honda CRF, raised 15mm over standard. This is foam only, not a complete seat, so you strip the old cover, peel the worn foam off and staple this to the existing plastic base. Get the base clean and dry first. The extra height flattens the profile and helps taller riders stand up out of the seat quicker, with weight sitting better mid-corner. Closed-cell density means it won't saturate or pack down the way tired OEM foam does after a season of hard pressure washing. Fits the CRF 250 and 450 R, RX and X.
