Seat foam sags long before most owners notice. Once it goes flat you sit in the bike rather than on it, and the pan telegraphs through every landing. This Blackbird foam is a straight swap for the standard RM-Z 250 and RM-Z 450 foam, moulded to the stock profile and closed-cell so it will not hold water. Fit a fresh cover while the seat is apart. One of the cheapest fixes on a high-hour RM-Z.
