What it is

The BOYESEN COVER/IMP WAT PUMP YZF BK, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This kit replaces the restrictive OEM water pump cover and impeller on your YZF. The high-flow design increases coolant velocity to reduce engine temperatures and prevent power fade during hot motos. It sits on the lower right side of the engine block. The kit includes a precision-cast cover and a high-efficiency impeller. This is a critical upgrade for four-strokes prone to overheating in slow, technical sections or deep sand. Ensure the cooling system is fully drained and the mating surfaces are spotless before fitting the new assembly.
