What it is

The BOYESEN COVER QUICKSHOT 3 ALUMINUM, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This component replaces the standard unit on Keihin FCR carburettors. It increases the volume of the fuel chamber and features an adjustable leak jet. This setup eliminates the common four-stroke bog during sudden throttle openings. You can tune the fuel squirt to suit your specific engine displacement and riding conditions. It sits on the bottom of the carb bowl. Installation requires basic tools and a steady hand with the diaphragm. It is a vital upgrade for aggressive MX starts or technical climbs.
