Boyesen Factory Racing replacement aluminium ignition cover in black to fit Yamaha YZ65 (2018–2023); Yamaha YZ80 (1993–2001); Yamaha YZ80LW (1994–2001); Yamaha YZ85LW (2002–2023); Yamaha YZ85SW (2002–2023).

The left side of the motor is vulnerable to rock strikes. Crash damage often shatters thin OEM castings. This unit provides a much tougher barrier for your stator and flywheel assembly. It is cast to resist impact and dissipate heat more effectively than stock parts. The internal dimensions match OEM specifications exactly. This ensures no interference with moving parts.
