What it is

The BOYESEN IGNITION COVER FACTORY RACING ALUMINUM REPLACEMENT BLACK, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This cast aluminium cover replaces the stock plastic unit on the left side of your engine. It protects the stator and flywheel from rock strikes and boot wear during hard enduro or MX motos. The metal construction dissipates heat better than plastic, helping to keep your ignition components within operating temperatures. It bolts directly to the engine case using the original hardware. Always use a fresh gasket to maintain a weather-tight seal against mud and pressure washers.
