The mud flap behind the airbox takes the rear-wheel roost that would otherwise blast the shock and linkage. The flexible material goes brittle, splits, then tears off, and once it does, grit works into the shock seals. This Cycra flap uses the original mounting holes and bolts straight back on. Fits the Honda CRF 250 and 450 R and RX. A cheap consumable that protects expensive suspension internals through a British winter. Replace it as soon as the old one cracks or goes hard rather than waiting for the seal to follow.
