This bonded foam element requires oiling before installation. The two-stage design features a coarse outer surface to catch heavy debris and a fine inner layer for dust filtration. This ensures your intake remains clear of contaminants that cause premature top-end wear. It seats securely on your OEM cage for a tight seal against the airbox boot.
