This floating disc mounts to your hub to provide consistent braking performance under heavy thermal loads. The floating design allows the outer ring to expand independently of the centre carrier. This prevents warping when your front end gets hot during a long moto. It clears mud effectively through the machined apertures. Replace your rotor if you notice pulsing at the lever or if the thickness falls below the OEM service limit. Always fit new pads when installing a fresh disc to ensure proper bedding. This is a direct replacement for your stock unit.
