What it is

The EBC BRAKE ROTOR D-SERIES OFFROAD SOLID ROUND, brake discs. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This solid rear disc is built for UK mud and sand. It lacks the venting holes found on standard rotors to prevent abrasive grit from chewing through your pads. It mounts directly to your rear hub. Replace your rotor when it drops below the minimum thickness stamped on the face or if it develops deep scoring. Heat cycles eventually warp thin discs, leading to brake drag and inconsistent lever feel. Ensure you fit new pads with this rotor to allow the surfaces to bed in correctly. Use thread lock on your mounting bolts.
