What it is

EBC CK series cork clutch friction plate kit to fit Yamaha DT50LC (1998); Yamaha DT50M (1978–1979); Yamaha DT50R (1998); Yamaha DT80MX (1981–1983); Yamaha RD50 (1978); Yamaha RD50DX (1978); Yamaha RD50M (1978–1979); Yamaha TY50 (1977–1978); Yamaha TY50M (1977–1978); Yamaha TY80 (1977); Yamaha YZ50G (1980).

These cork-based friction plates are designed as a direct replacement for your OEM stack. They sit within the clutch basket and provide the essential grip for power delivery. Friction material wears down through normal use, eventually causing the engine to flare under load. Always soak these plates in the correct weight gearbox oil before fitting to prevent premature glazing and ensure a smooth take-up from the first ride. Check your basket for notches to ensure clean plate movement. This kit is tailored to your specific bike fitment.
