What it is

The EMGO KILL SWITCH FOR KAWASAKI, switches. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

A bar-mounted kill switch for Kawasaki two-strokes, cross-referencing OEM 27010-1161. It earths the ignition to stop the engine and sits on the left of the bars for a fast thumb hit. Fitment runs across the KX and KDX range, from the little KX60 up to the KX500. Most get replaced once water ingress corrodes the contacts or a crash splits the housing. A switch that no longer makes a clean ground is a switch you can't trust on the start line. Plug it into the factory connector and keep the wire clear of the throttle and steering arc.
