Regular repacking is essential to maintain the power curve and noise compliance of your 2-stroke. This kit provides the correct density of glass fibre to fill the canister without over-packing. Blown-out packing leads to heat damage on the aluminium shell and a loss of back pressure. Service your silencer every 20 to 30 hours of track use or more frequently if you ride in deep mud. Remove the end cap rivets or bolts to access the core. Wrap the material firmly but allow for expansion to ensure optimal gas flow.
