Grip donuts. Neoprene rings that sit between the grip flange and your thumb to stop the inner edge chewing a blister on long motos. They slide onto the bar before the grips go on, then act as a soft buffer where your hand bottoms out against the throttle and clutch ends. Cheap insurance for a heavy ride or a muddy meeting where you're gripping hard for an hour. Fit any standard bar and work behind any grip type. Swap them out once the foam packs down or splits.
