Increasing the front rotor diameter provides immediate gains in stopping power and modulation. This kit moves the caliper further from the axle to increase mechanical leverage. The included bracket aligns the caliper with the new outer edge of the disc. It is essential for MX and cross-country racing where late braking is critical. Bed the new pads in carefully to ensure a consistent transfer layer on the rotor surface. This setup uses your OEM caliper and master cylinder. Inspect the caliper slide pins for wear during installation to ensure smooth movement across the larger disc surface.
