This floating disc mounts to your hub to allow for thermal expansion. The steel centre and outer ring are joined by bobbins to prevent warping under extreme braking loads. It is a critical upgrade for riders who experience brake fade on fast tracks. Replace your existing disc if the bobbins become loose or the braking surface thins below the limit.
