This rotor manages heat during aggressive braking on technical descents. The finned design increases surface area to cool the steel rapidly. It mounts directly to your 6-bolt hub. Replace your old hardware when it drops below the minimum thickness stamped on the carrier or shows deep scoring. A fresh surface ensures consistent lever feel and prevents fade during long motos. Always fit new friction material when installing a fresh rotor to ensure proper bedding. This 2.0mm thickness provides extra rigidity against warping under high thermal loads.
