This exhaust valve guide features a 0.010 inch oversize outer diameter for your CRF250R cylinder head. It is the correct choice if the head casting bore is worn beyond standard limits. It sits in the exhaust port to control stem movement and dissipate heat. Worn guides cause valve face recession and loss of compression. Professional fitment is required to press and ream the guide to the correct tolerance. This part restores the integrity of the top-end assembly when the head would otherwise be scrap.
