This kit manages valve control at high RPM. It sits on top of the valves within the cylinder head. Titanium retainers reduce the reciprocating mass of the valve train. This allows the engine to rev faster and prevents valve float during aggressive downshifts or over-revving. It is essential for race-spec builds where stock springs cannot cope with increased lift or duration. Check your valve stem heights during assembly to ensure correct spring seat pressure and avoid coil bind at full lift.
